Solara takes its name from solaris, the sun, the constant at the center of everything, the source every living thing depends on without ever having to ask for it twice.
The sun does not compete for attention. It does not need to. It simply is the energy, every single day, whether anyone is watching or not. That same steady, unshowy energy is rooted in my Caribbean heritage and in fifteen-plus years spent inside nonprofits, startups, and large institutions, finding where the plan and the day-to-day had stopped matching up, and building what held. It carried me through a transition into building something of my own. It is the same energy I bring into every business I work with.
